Americans have the right to know! Got a bully doctor? How about one who lied to you? Maybe did unnecesary treatments? Didn't listen to you? Didn't give you treatment options? Lost it and hollered at you? Was unreasonable? Was negligant? Or just plain did a bad job... Let's hold them accountable!

Most doctors get away with bad things because it gets hidden in the paperwork shuffle and bureaucratic tangle of the powers that be. Reports of bad doctoring should be public records, but who can find them? Report them to the authorities and then list them here for others to find.

After a careful review of the facts we will list bad doctors here in alphabetical order so they come up in web searches to warn other patients of a bad doctor practices. Your personal information is required but will be held confidential unless specified otherwise. Each case has to be reported by one of the four methods described below to be reported on this list.

The AMA and its Code of Medical Ethics have always maintained that physicians should provide competent medical care with compassion and with respect for patients. The AMA’s Council on Ethical and Judicial Affairs (CEJA) has developed guidelines for physicians who strive to practice ethically.

Four ways to report your doctor before filing a Wall of Shame incident:

1. file a voluntary Medwatch (www.fda.gov/medwatch) report or call 800-fda-1088
2. contact your state medical licensing board and file a complaint.
3. contact your state health dept.
4. Contact your State Attorney General's Office and file a complaint against their business.
